Morning or Night Delivery charges
Morning and night delivery are extra features that might be offered on the website. These services need to be ordered at least 24-36 hours in advance. These services are not guaranteed. If the Morning Delivery is ordered but the order ends up being delivered after 12:30pm, the morning delivery fee will be refunded. The rest of the order cannot be refunded once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Payment Methods and Processing

Bank Transfers

Add-on items
As a florist, all orders must include a main floral product, typically a flower bouquet. Orders without a bouquet may not be accepted by all florists. Items such as cakes, chocolates, wine, teddy bears, balloons, fruits, fruit baskets, or individual flower stems (from the custom flower section) are considered add-ons. Add-on items may require additional handling charges or a main bouquet to fulfill the order.
Add-on items may vary in appearance, size, brand, quality, or texture and may not match website photos. Custom writing, words, or images on items or packaging may not be available. Website photos are professionally taken and for reference only.
If a main bouquet is not included or handling charges are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the order. The substitution policy applies to all add-on items.

Delivery issues & Non delivery
Please provide accurate information for both you and the recipient, including full names, phone numbers, and delivery address.
Orders may be left with building management, a neighbor, or at the recipient¡¦s door if they are unavailable. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned, and re-delivery fees may apply.
Important:
Orders are non-refundable once scheduled.
If the recipient refuses delivery, you remain responsible for the full order cost.
Once signed for by the recipient or their representative, the order is considered delivered.
For reported ¡§non-delivery¡¨ orders, we will investigate. If delivery was not attempted, you may request to reschedule the delivery.
Double-check all details to ensure smooth delivery. You are responsible for recipient availability and actions.
Shipping and Delivery
In coordination with our service providers, we will attempt to deliver your order on the requested date. Our service providers may not contact the recipient prior to delivery, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be left in a location accessible to the recipient, including but not limited to: the recipient¡¦s doorstep, lobby, with a neighbor, management company, or security personnel.
We are not responsible for incorrect recipient information or if the recipient fails to pick up the order after delivery. Re-delivery may be possible, but additional fees may apply. Orders that have been delivered or attempted delivery was made are non-refundable.
You are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, ensuring the recipient will be present, and confirming they will accept the order. Once scheduled, all orders are final. If the recipient rejects or declines the order for any reason, you remain responsible for the full payment and waive any right to a refund.
Haitiflorist.com reserves the right to maintain the confidentiality of its suppliers and service providers. Any disputes or complaints must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Claims for Quality, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you believe there is a quality issue, missing item, or item not as described, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. A photo of the delivered items
2. A description of the issue
3. A list of all items received
4. A list of any missing items
We will use this information to verify your claim. Claims without a photo, description, or itemized list cannot be validated, and the full order price is non-refundable.
For quality issues, our florist may contact the recipient to investigate. If you do not allow this, you waive your right to compensation. At our discretion, we may offer a discount to resolve the claim.
Once the order is delivered and accepted, the order is final and non-refundable.
Missing items: If confirmed, we will deliver them at a later date.
Items not as described: No refunds; exchanges may be allowed at our discretion. Non-durable goods (e.g., flowers) must be exchanged within 48 hours. Exchanges after 48 hours may incur extra fees.
Any discount or credit offered is at our discretion. Declining an offer means we are no longer obligated to provide further compensation.
Delivering to businesses, hospitals, hotels universities
For deliveries to temporary or short-term addresses (e.g., businesses, hospitals, hotels, hostels, motels, airports, restaurants, clubs, events, universities, or other public places), the recipient must be contacted before delivery, and the premises must be authorized to sign for the order.
You must provide the following in the order comments:
1. The recipient's full name
2. The recipient's phone number in the local area
3. The recipient¡¦s permanent address
Without this information, we may not be able to fulfill your order. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient is available at the delivery location, and you acknowledge that once the order is scheduled, no refunds are allowed. If the recipient rejects or declines the order, you agree to pay the full order amount.
Hospital-specific delivery
Deliveries to hospitals can be challenging, as patients may move between wards or be discharged. To help ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and up-to-date ward information and the recipient¡¦s full name, as multiple patients may share the same name.
If delivery is not possible, we reserve the right to charge additional production and delivery fees. Cancelling the order after arrangements have been made may result in the full order value being charged.
Business addresses delivery
If delivery to a business address fails between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM due to the recipient being unavailable or the business being closed, we are not liable for non-delivery. Additional production and delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
If you cancel before the order is arranged, a cancellation fee may be deducted. Cancelling after arrangements have been made may result in charging the full order value.

If you select ¡§Depends¡¨ for substitutions and an item is unavailable, our florist may contact the recipient to determine their preference. If the recipient cannot be reached, our florist will choose a suitable substitute on your behalf to avoid delays in delivery.
If you select ¡§No¡¨ for substitutions and an item is unavailable, we will attempt to notify you via email and offer alternative options. However, at our discretion, your order may be placed on hold or delayed if substitutions are not allowed. For timely delivery, we recommend allowing substitutions.
For services such as, but not limited to, the Photo Return Service, Singing Telegrams, Custom Orders, Photo Drawings, and Packages, if a service is unavailable, we will attempt to contact the user to select a substitute. If a substitution cannot be made, we will issue a refund for that specific service.

Refunds
For orders that have already been dispatched, payment is non-refundable. Refund requests for orders that have not yet been dispatched must be submitted via email within five (5) days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may be declined at our sole discretion.
For orders paid via bank transfer, any applicable incoming and outgoing transfer fees, as well as restocking fees (approximately 20% of the total paid amount), will be deducted from the refund. We may, at our discretion, issue store credit instead of a cash refund for bank transfer payments. Additional handling or restocking fees may also apply.
Refunds are processed by our Billing Department and may take several days depending on the nature of the request and the season. During peak periods such as Valentine¡¦s Day, Mother¡¦s Day, and Christmas, the refund process may take longer.
Returns / Post-Delivery and Non-Durable Goods Policy
Once an order has been dispatched and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
Non-durable items, such as flowers or perishable goods, cannot be returned or refunded.
If a return is requested, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to the total paid amount, provided that:
1. Items are unopened and unused,
2. Items are returned within 48 hours, and
3. Items are in the same condition as received.
Delivery, Express, and Morning delivery fees are non-refundable.
Items returned after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Recipient Rejection and Exchanges
If the recipient rejects the order, no refunds will be issued, as the items have already been purchased, prepared, and all delivery expenses incurred. We are not responsible for recipient rejection.
If the recipient rejects the order due to quality issues, we may arrange an exchange through our florist. For exchanges, items must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened, undamaged, and complete.
If redelivery is requested more than once, additional redelivery fees and restocking charges may apply.

Cancellations
Once an order has been scheduled, arranged, or delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. An email confirmation is sent when an order has been scheduled.
For orders that have not yet been scheduled, arranged, or delivered, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion. All approved refunds are subject to restocking fees of up to twenty-five percent (25%). These fees reflect costs incurred in processing refunds, including but not limited to payment processing charges, return handling expenses, non-returnable or perishable goods, and items that cannot be restocked or resold.
In the event of any payment dispute relating to an order, including orders that were cancelled, we reserve the right to bill and pursue collection from any parties associated with the order. This may include, but is not limited to, the buyer, sender, recipient, and any affiliated parties connected to the order.
We further reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use, disclose, share, and provide order-related information to third parties for the purpose of payment collection and dispute resolution. Such information may include order details, contact information, communications, and relevant digital records associated with the transaction. Third parties may include collection agencies, payment processors, legal representatives, or applicable authorities.

Guarantee

Haitiflorist.com guarantees that its flowers, plants, and preserved items will remain fresh for at least three (3) days after delivery, provided the live items are kept under proper care and conditions. If the items do not meet this standard, Haitiflorist.com¡¦s sole and maximum liability shall be limited to either a refund of the purchase price or the replacement and delivery of equivalent flowers, plants, or preserved items as soon as reasonably possible.
Claims under this guarantee must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted, and you waive any rights to compensation related to such items.
